netDbMgr failed to set a configuration option on the pipe file descriptor used inter-thread communication. Failure to set correct options will result remote database operations failing and in incorrect working of application that rely on netDb infrastructure
Try restarting netDbMgr using the "restart process netDbMgr" command. If the issue persists, on systems with backup nodes try failing over to the backup. Standalone systems may require a reboot to correct the problem.
